The inspiration for sandwichpants...

One day, blogger Pants posted on Facebook:

"Today I ate the most delicious sandwich of my life. Where, you (didn't) ask? The NIH cafeteria. I can't stop thinking about that sandwich."

Her dear friend, WB, had to know what made this sandwich so captivating...and here is what Pants described...

"seared rare ahi tuna, avocado, the most perfect, juicy tomatoes, crispy bacon, and this wasabi mayo-esque sauce, on whole wheat toast and ohmygod now my mouth is watering."

Pants' words inspired this quest to find more delicious and memorable sandwiches, and to share these Adventures with other people...
